In order to maintain the appearance of our community the HOA Board and our Management Company (AMS) have contracted with All Pro Power Washing to clean the gutters, soffits, exterior face of the second story fences, and the Hardie Board wall siding with algae on them.  It should take several weeks to complete.  We will contact you before your home is to be power washed.  If you have furniture, rugs, or plants on your second story deck you will need to move the cushions and rugs inside and cover the plants or also move the plants inside so they are not damaged by the cleaning solution.
